Our story
The early 2000s produced some of the most engaging performance cars ever made. They offered direct mechanical steering, balanced chassis dynamics, and an unfiltered connection between driver and road.
Over the last two decades, modern performance cars have added significant weight and layers of electronic intervention. Pure mechanical feedback has largely been replaced by synthetic drive modes and digital interfaces.
Anima Motors is building the R1 to bring that analogue driving connection back. We combine the tactile character of classic driver-focused cars with modern composites and aerodynamic engineering.
Manual gearbox
A 6-speed manual with direct mechanical linkage and no synthetic rev-hang.
50:50 balance
A longitudinal front-mid engine layout for neutral handling and predictable response.
Mechanical differential
A 1.5-way clutch-type limited-slip differential for progressive mechanical traction.
Underbody aerodynamics
Venturi floor tunnels generate high-speed stability without adding excessive drag.
